IFFI Project
The IFFI project (Italian Landslide Inventory), carried out by ISPRA and the Regions and Autonomous Provinces, supplies a detailed picture of the distribution of landslide phenomena within Italy. The inventory has recorded to date 620.808 landslides affecting an area of about 23,700 km2, or 7.9% of the national territory. The data is updated to 2017 for Umbria; 2016 for Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Liguria, Piemonte, Sicilia, Valle d'Aosta e per la Provincia autonoma di Bolzano; 2014 for Basilicata and Lombardia. For the remaining regions the data is updated to 2007.
