After the greetings from the President of the Commission, Stefano Vignaroli, the Minister of Justice Marta Cartabia (awaiting confirmation), the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Ecological Transition Ilaria Fontana, the Attorney General at the Court of Cassation Giovanni Salvi, the President of ISPRA and SNPA Stefano Laporta. This will be followed by the contributions of Senator Arnaldo Lomuti and the Honorable Manfredi Potenti, members of the Commission and co-rapporteurs of the investigation on the implementation of Law 68, the Honorable Salvatore Micillo and Ermete Realacci and Serena Pellegrino (former Members), promoters of the draft law in the XVII Legislature, by the honorable Chiara Braga and Alessandro Bratti (former deputy and current Director General of ISPRA), Presidents of the Commission in the XVII Legislature. The speech by President Vignaroli will conclude the meeting.
