Objective of the course is the illustration of the concepts and methods developed in IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) to compile inventories of absorptions and emissions of greenhouse-gases related to forestry. The course is primarily intended for officials of the Regional Forestry Services and the Forest Guard of the State, the Regional and Provincial Agencies and other public bodies, experts from non-governmental organizations and non-profit organizations and representatives of national certification bodies.
