"Guidelines for Environment and Landscape in the infrastructure sector"

The infrastructure sector is one of the areas of greatest potential
interference on the environment and landscape. For over twenty
years the subject has been addressed in many projects and impact
studies submitted to environmental impact assessment, both at
national, regional and provincial levels. The mitigation
interventions, however, were often so far limited to certain
sectors such as noise pollution, air, water, etc..or to generic
interventions, not always gone well, despite the requirements of
the authorizations.
