The conference is organized by the CNR (National Research Council) in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, the Ministry for the Environment Protection and the Ministry of Health, with the sponsorship of the Italian Pavilion - EXPO 2015.
The event is divided into two sessions. The first is dedicated to the integration of the various components provided by the National Plan implementing the European directive on the sustainable use of plant protection products: agriculture, environment and health. The second session is devoted to the proposals of innovation and strategies to be implemented to enhance the Italian agro-food production in terms of quality, safety and sustainability.
