The management of the integrated water service is characterized not only by the normal maintenance and development of the service but also by the management of unforeseen events of natural or human origin, which can also create emergency situations.
This problem is certainly accentuated by inadequate infrastructural situations if not obsolete but also by the growing influence of the effects due to climate change. The seminar addresses these issues based on the experiences of recent years by various utilities and the Department for Civil Protection.
