The first course at a national level on the new
sampling design for benthonic macro-invertebrates of lacustrian
waters, according to Directive 2000/60/CE, promoted by APAT and
realized by University of Milan, in collaboration with CNR -
Istituto per lo Studio degli Ecosistemi (National Research Centre -
Ecosystem Study Institute). The course is addressed mainly to
biologists of the Environment Agencies System (APAT/ARPA/APPA).
