Bica is one of the most important initiatives on a national and
international level to analyze the current role and future
scenarios of environmental communication for its functionality in
the relation between utilities and the citizen user. The objective
of Bica 2009 is to bring out the best view of both public and
private providers of public utility services in urban areas of
hygiene, electricity, gas, water, etc.. and to share the more
innovative and expressive experiences of environmental
communication.
