New ZPS in Puglia
The Region of Puglia, with resolution a specific resolution, n. 319 - 7 March, has proposed the identification of a new ZPS according to Birds Directive 2009/147 / EC in the town of Polignano a Mare.
The initiative is the first to be strictly linked with the Corso Seagull protection, This happens after only one year from the settlement of this species, subject to monitoring targeted by ISPRA, the Italian Ministry of the Environment and the different coastal regions.
