The round table offers three moments of reflection:
- Current Situation and Forecasts: Scientific experts will provide clear and up-to-date information on the current climate change situation and forecasts, with particular reference to the challenges discussed in the recent COP 28.
- The Role of Italy and Citizens: The role of Italy in the context of climate change, the need for new laws and the changes required to our habits for mitigation and adaptation to climate change will be addressed.
- Local Impact: It will focus on the impact of climate change on local communities and the territory of Lombardy, analyzing the main risks for tourism, agriculture and industry.
The meeting will be attended by the Responsible of Greenhouse Gas Emission Scenarios/Climate Change - ISPRA
