The new classification of waste
The European Commission decided the last 18 December 2014 to modify the Decision 2000/532/EC regarding the list of wastes according to Directive 2008/98 EC of the European Parliament and the Council. This decision, which will come into force on 1 June 2015, amends the Annex D to Part Four of the legislative decree. N. 152/2006.

This regulation is needed to adapt the definitions of the hazardous aligning the Regulation no. 1272/2008/EC on the classification and packaging of substances and mixtures that from 1 June 2015 will replace the Directives 67/548/EEC on dangerous substances and 1999/45 / EC on dangerous preparations.
The training workshop will provide all stakeholders the necessary information for proper waste classification.
