Effectiveness and problems of the new water management plans and flood risk
The first session will present the main themes of the Conference and in particular the future projections of the activities of the Eastern Alps District Basin Authority, to take into account the challenges that await us as a result of climate change and other issues and problems strictly related to the management of water resources, also in light of the drought that occurred during this 2022 and the immediate need for energy.

The second session concerns the Flood Risk Management Plan (PGRAII °), while the third session will examine the evolution of the Water Management Plan.
An ISPRA manager will participate at the conference with a paper on "2022, drought or water crisis in the Northeast, a response from the Permanent Observatory on water uses".
