Village for environmental education in Piazza del Campidoglio: institutional event MATTM and MIUR for the establishment of the National Day of Environmental Education
On 10 May a national event about environmental education will be held in Rome, organized by the Ministry of the Environment and the Ministry of University, to emphasize the importance of environmental and sustainability issues in the educational and training programs in are involved young generations. The initiative, untitled: "Village for environmental education" includes a vast program, with institutional representatives, environmental bodies and associations, experts, testimonials and groups of students, and numerous educational workshops that will take place in the gazebos located in the main square. ISPRA will be present, in one of the gazebos, with a program of laboratory activities on the themes of marine-coastal environmental protection, climate change and natural risks.
