May 14 The document is a summary of joint work done by ISPRA and the System of Environmental Agencies and represents a balanced mediation between the different currents of thought that have confronted on the issue of environmental balance sheet in local administrations. Further discussions and insights, coupled with adequate field testing, will allow the consolidation of the contents of the proposal and encourage the formation of a standard reference on the subject
