During the four days of the Congress, which will take place in virtual form, a large number of researchers and scientists, professionals and operators, representatives of local communities, international organizations, political decision-makers, will have the opportunity for a multifaceted dialogue and a very rich exchange of experiences and knowledge, in relation to the developments of scientific knowledge, of the so-called "Nature based - positive solutions, at a political and practical level, examining and discussing the role of agrobiodiversity and practices to preserve, improve or restore it and with the aim of contributing to transforming the food system and achieving the goals set by the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through the use and conservation of agrobiodiversity
At its opening, the declarations of representatives of the partner organizations will be disseminated, and for ISPRA, the General Manager Alessandro Bratti.
The Rome Manifesto will be presented, written and reviewed by the Steering Committee during the last six months of work for the preparation of the Congress and to which ISPRA has also adhered.
In addition, as part of the side events, ISPRA contributed to the organization of the Mediterranean diet side event that will be held from 15 to 16 november.
To participate in the event, which will be managed by the IAC2 secretariat for the day 15/11 and by CREA for the day 16/11, you will have to register on the general website of the Congress, and the event will be live on the Whova platform (15 / 11) and YouTube channel CREA (16/11).
