Measurement methods and technique choices for the collection and processing of hydrometeorological data

Water resources in Italy are now under increasing pressure, not only from the qualitative point of view, but also from the quantitative perspective, because of the alterations of the hydrological cycle caused by climate change. In order to not jeopardize its availability and to satisfy, even in the future, the requirements for all uses, it is increasingly necessary a systematic and effective monitoring of climatic and hydrological variables.
