Taking into account the COVID-19 emergency, the "9th edition of the Study Days" will take place online. The event will be divided into 4 work sessions, on two consecutive afternoons (24 and 25 November):
- COVID-19 AND THE ENVIRONMENT, NEW FRONTIERS AND ECOTOXICOLOGICAL CRITICALITIES
- ACTIVITIES INHERENT TO THE WORKS OF THE "FIRST DAY OF APPLIED ECOTOXICOLOGY - LIVORNO NOVEMBER 2019" ON "INTERCOMPONENTS ON INDIVIDUAL ASSAYS AND BATTERIES OF BIOLOGICAL ASSAYS AND NETWORKING";
- ECOTOXICOLOGICAL PROBLEMS RELATING TO THE PRESENCE OF PLASTICS IN THE ENVIRONMENT (AQUATIC AND LAND) AND OTHER NEW GENERATION CONTAMINANTS (WASTE, ETC.)
- PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS INHERENT TO ECOTOXICOLOGICAL THEMES (CASE STUDIES) IN RELATION TO THE REGULATION IN FORCE.
Each session will open with the presentation of the topic and then an interactive phase will follow on the posters presented and made visible in the days immediately preceding on dedicated web channels, in addition to the observations and questions asked through interactive tools. For those interested in participating with their own poster, a 1-page abstract is requested, to be sent to news@ecotox.it together with the registration form, by 30 September 2020.
