Legislation on the geological and cultural heritage

In this section we report the main international and national laws and provision, divided into four main macro-areas.
Geological Heritage;
Mining Assets;
Cultural Heritage;
Landscape Heritage.
Considering the extent and heterogeneity of the matter, the legislation highlighted affects various fields of study.
The framework used for the preparation of this database is the same used by the "Portal for the indexing of information and documents about Environment and Territory", published by ISPRA.
