Digital Landscape and Archeology Workshop - from April to June 2023
As part of the activities included in the Landscape and Digital Archeology laboratory, which was held from April to June 2023, ISPRA experts were also involved. These have held both lectures and activities in the computer lab.
Among the topics covered:
- starting from the analysis of some articles of the Florence convention on the Landscape, a reading of the complex system of the southern urban sub of Rome has been proposed. A System that simultaneously presents both elements belonging to an urbanized landscape and typical of an agricultural landscape;
- the geomorphological structure, and the problems related to a lack of management of the hydrogeological structure of the territory;
- from historical cartography, dating back to around the middle of the 1900s, environmental data were obtained in the GIS environment.
