The Legislative Decree 150/2009 provides that an independent body (OIV) must realize annually surveys on employees, aimed at detecting the level of organizational well-being, the degree of sharing of the evaluation system and the evaluation of the immediate superior. The Unique Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, enhancement of the welfare and anti-discrimination (CUG), a body established by Article 21 of Law 183/2010, has a proactive and consultative role, operating in conjunction with the National Councillor on matters within its competence.
