Presentation of the Municipal waste report edition 2022
The Urban Waste Report, which presents data for the year 2021, has reached its twenty-fourth edition and is the result of a complex activity of data collection, analysis and processing by the National Center for Waste and Circular Economy of the ISPRA, with the contribution of the regional and provincial agencies for the protection of the environment.
Through an effective and complete information system on waste, the intention is to provide a framework of objective, timely and always updated information to support the legislator in guiding adequate policies and interventions, in order to monitor their effectiveness, introducing any corrective measures if necessary.
