The National Workshop "Services for Operational Hydrology between State, Regions and National System for Environmental Protection" will be held on 9 and 10 July at the Conference Hall of UNICEF Office in Rome. In 2013 ISPRA set up the National Platform for the Operational Hydrology Services , under its coordination, involving experts from the ARPA/APPA, Regions/Autonomous Provinces and National Bodies which are part of the Italian representation of the Commission Hydrology of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO), Italian Air Force and Department of Civil Protection.
This Technical platform aims to gradually develop a federal National system to guarantee the implementation of the activities and to achieve a national uniform in terms of quality and functionality, coherent with WMO resolutions
