The Committee for the development of public green is the institutional body that, under the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea, has the task of implementing the Italian law n. 10/2013, entitled "Regulations for the development of urban green spaces." In the whole of this mission there is also the task to promote a renewed geeen culture, above all concerning the role in the urbanized areas.
With the aim to stimulate the debate, but also active policies in the territory, the year 2015 was chosen to call for the first time the General States of the Urban Green, in the occasion of Festival Trees of 21 November.
