The article published in Nature  magazine was developed by ISPRA researchers to ISPRA (Luque GM, Bellard C, C Bertelsmeier, Bonnaud E, Genovesi P, D Simberloff, Courchamp, F (2013) Alien species: Monster fern makes invader IUCN list. Nature, 498, 37) report the recent inclusion of Salvinia molesta in the list of "100 of the Wordl's Worst Invasive Alien Species", organized by the IUCN SSC Invasive Species Specialist Group.
