Inauguration of the Garden of the Patriarchs of the Unification of Italy. September 27th.
On 27 September 2013, at the Villa dei Quintili in Via Appia Nuova n. 1092, will be held the opening ceremony of the Garden of the Patriarchs of the Unification of Italy, a very special garden, which contains the "twins" of the most significant trees of all the regions of Italy.

The project was made possible thanks to the collaboration between the Superintendence for Archaeological Heritage of Rome, Arpa Emilia-Romagna, Ispra and the Committee for the Beauty of Rome, under the patronage of the Ministry for the Environment, Land and sea and the Region of Emilia-Romagna.
The opening ceremony is performed WITH THE PARTECIPATION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC and will start at 11 a.m. A visit to the Villa and the Antiquarium will follow.
