Evaluation of automatic system of identification and counting of Ostreopsis ovata cells. Results of the WG activities

The WG of the National System for Environmental Protection (SNPA), coordinated by ISPRA, in collaboration with the University of Genova - Department of Science of Earth td and Life (DISTAV) and the Institute of Biophysics of CNR of Genova CNR-IBF) has completed intercomparison activities for the "Evaluation of automatic system of identification and counting of Ostreopsis ovata cells".
Last 12 and 13 December 2016 were presented the results obtained by the activity of intercomparison between two analytical methods, underlining the operational and instrumental issues and showing the performance of the opto-electronic system.
The Final Report of the intercomparison will be available on ISPRA website.
