Workshop "Fishing for litter"
Last 7 November , the workshop on Fishing for Litter was held at the European Parliament in Brussels. The meeting was organized by the CleanSeaLife project and by the European Parliament's Fisheries Commission, to focus on the experiences of the involvement of fishermen in the cleaning of the sea carried out in the context of various projects.
Ispra experts presented the results of the DeFishGear project (122 tons of waste removed from the Adriatic in two years by 124 vessels belonging to 5 countries of the area), and of the Italy-Croatia ML-REPAIR cooperation project currently underway
