Science Festival of Rome
On the occasion of the Italian Research Day in the World on April 15, the Science Festival of Rome produced by the Musica per Roma Foundation realizes, in cooperation with the Ministry of University and Research and with the patronage of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will organize a scientific marathon in streaming from 10:00 to 20:30 with 16 meetings, 55 speakers, 3 Ministries and 14 scientific partners. The connections will take place from all over the World: from the Arctic, from the Venice arsenal, from the Gran Sasso laboratories, to CERN, from Etna to Paris, from Boston to Florida and Chicago

The initiative foresees the participation of the major scientific institutions and the presence of many important personalities of Italian research.
At 16:00 Stefano Laporta, President of ISPRA, SNPA and President of the Council of Presidents of Public Research Bodies (ConPER) will talk with the italian journalist and author of the scientific program "SuperQuark", Giovanni Carrada.
The Science Festival of Rome is carried out with the partnership Codice Edizioni, ASI – Agenzia Spaziale Italiana e INFN – Istituto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare. Scientific partners scientifici are CNR – Consiglio Nazionale delle Ricerche, CMCC – Centro Euro-Mediterraneo sui Cambiamenti Climatici, ESA –Agenzia Spaziale Europea, Rete GARR, GSSI – Gran Sasso Science Institute, INAF – Istituto Nazionale di Astrofisica, IIT – Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia, INGV – Istituto Nazionale di Geofisica e Vulcanologia, ISPRA – Istituto Superiore per la Protezione e la Ricerca Ambientale, Planetario di Roma Capitale, Fondazione ISI e Human Technopole e Media Partner National Geographic Italia.
All contributions will be available in both Italian and English and will be disseminated on the official channels of the Festival.
