A useful tool for the ant-CO2 politics

“Applying the IPCC GPG for LULUCF approaches for assessing changes in carbon stocks and emissions of green-house gas for Harvested Wood Products in Italy”

May 21

A study of ISPRA Department of  Nature Defense estimates the amount of carbon fixed in wood products (carbon stocks), as well as the budgets between emission and absorption (carbon sink or carbon source) over the years.
The study, entitled "Applying the IPCC GPG for LULUCF approaches for assessing changes in carbon stocks and emissions of green-house gases for Harvested Wood Products in Singapore", is written in English and realized in the context of the ISPRA-MATTM Convention for the National inventory of greenhouse gas emissions. The authors Susanne Kloehn and Lorenzo Ciccarese consider it a useful tool addressed both to decision makers involved in the activation of anti-CO2 policies and for employers in the manufacturing and industrial sectors treated in the study (wood, furniture, waste, energy, construction, etc.)
