The Spanish version of APAT Handbook n° 37/2006, "
Handbook for the collection, study, preservation and ex situ
management of germplasm", was presented on 22 April 2009 in
Gijon (Principality of Asturias, Spain).
The Spanish version was enriched by contributions by Spanish and
Portuguese authors, which were added to those of the Italian
version published by Ispra in 2006. An international team of 33
experts worked on the drafting of the book, a practical and
operational guide for the collection, cleaning, processing,
storage, quality analysis and propagation of wild plants
germplasm in the Mediterranean.
