IX World Water Day

At the Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei the meeting: IX World Water
Day, "The Tiber Basin". The event is sponsored by ITAL-ICID and
organized with the contribution of the Compagnia di San Paolo of
Torino. ISPRA will take part by presenting a report about the
considerations on the flood of the Tiber in Rome in December 2008,
a record flooding event in the urban area of the Aniene river with
heavy damages, estimated around 150 millions euros.
