The document, produced by Ministry of Environment in collaboration with Comando Carabinieri for environmental protection, Port Authorities-Coast Guard, Finance Police and Italian Police, presents all the activities carried out during the 2008-2009 to contrast the environmental illegality, showing the most criticality at national level and the possibile strategies to contrast this big problem. The analysis focus on traffic and illegal disposal of waste, pollution of water resources and radioactive substances, fires, protection of natural areas and biodiversity.
