System of traceability of waste
The Decree of the Ministry for Environment, Land and Sea was published in the "Gazzetta Ufficiale" n. 9 of 13 January 2010 (Supplement ordinary n. 10)

A Decree of the Ministry for Environment, Land and Sea, which establishes the system of traceability of waste, has been published in the "Gazzetta Ufficiale", according to article n.189 of Legislative Decree n. 152 (2006) and article 14-bis of Decree-Law n. 78 (2009), ratified with amendments by Law n. 102 (2009). It establishes the procedures of registration, the timing of implementation and operation of the system, which will be adopted by more than 500,000 companies.
