The fondamental role of local Istitution about climate change emissions

"The Covenant of Mayors after Durban" organized by the Foundation for Sustainable Development  it was also an important moment to discuss the problems related to climate change, especially after the last events in Italy.  The conference was attended by Mr.Stefano Laporta - ISPRA General Director - that has recognized that Durban has not brought all the desired results, but at the same time, has emphasized that "the absence of an agreement would have been very negative, especially expectations for future mitigation of climate change ", then has described all ISPRA's activities about the management of air emissions inventory and the support  to other istitutional subjects.
