"The national network of biodiversity: a system of data sharing" Rome 17 December 2012
The workshop "The National Biodiversity Network: a system for sharing data," organized by the Ministry Environment and Protection of Land and Sea will be held in Rome the17 December 2012, from 9.30 to 13.00, at the Aula Marconi CNR
The National Biodiversity Network is one of the priority objectives of the project "System Environment", promoted by the Ministry of the Environment to provide a method of collection and sharing information about biodiversity through new criteria and tools for data access.
The System Environment and the National Biodiversity Network are important tools to support the National Strategy for Biodiversity, as they facilitate the interaction between different systems, exchange and reuse of information between information systems also not homogeneous, following the NSPIRE Directive I.
