The new EIA Directive 2014/52/EU - Critical issues and directions for transposition

ISPRA, following the previous two documents published in July 2014, has published the third part of the analysis of the new Directive that identifies:

• "Critical elements found in the text of the new Directive.
• Final considerations and proposals for implementation".
