Approved by the Council of Ministers definitively the legislative decree to implement the Seveso III Directive: confirmation and extension of ISPRA and ARPA tasks

On the basis of the proposal of the Prime Minister Mr. Matteo Renzi and the Ministry for the Environment, Land and Sea Mr. Gian Luca Galletti, it was finally approved at the meeting of the Council of Ministers of June 23, the legislative decree Directive 2012/18/EU, the so-called "Seveso III" concering control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances.
