Delivering environmental and biodiversity objectives through the CAP 2021-27: a synthesis of evidence by ENCA
Ispra is a member of ENCA and participates in the work of the various groups-working on issues related to biodiversity conservation. Recently ENCA has developed a response to the legislative proposals of the European Commission about the communication that will lead to the approval of the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) for post-2020, entitled "The future of food and agriculture".
The document includes a summary and some key messages supported by four sections: Introduction; The Environmental Challenge - A summary of the biodiversity evidence relevant for the CAP; Lessons from the 2014-20 CAP; Reflections on the legislative proposals of the post-2020 CAP.
