Since 2013 Italy has a specific law on green in the city, n. 10/2013, entitled "Rules for the development of urban green spaces", which establishes, at the Ministry of the Environment, the Committee for the development of public green, that is technically supported by ISPRA.
In order to stimulate discussion and debate, but also active policies on the territory, on the occasion of the National Day of Trees on 21 November, will be also organized the General States of Public Green scheduled between Naples (21 morning) , Rome (21 afternoon), Padova (22 morning) and Venice (22 afternoon) that represent a moment of comparision between the technical and institutional world, to converge towards a greater integration of green infrastructures in territorial urban planning and nature-based solutions for more resilient cities.
President of ISPRA, Stefano Laporta, will take part in the event of 21 november in Rome "Masts and linear infrastructures".
