Next October 11 there will be a study day on the radon gas, to present the first results of the "Radon Project: measures for 1,000 families". Launched in October 2017 by Arpa Friuli Venezia Giulia, the project involved, in a true "citizen sciences" experience, more than 1,800 families that live in the region. In addition to the presentation of the results, the reference levels for the radon and the actions implemented to reduce the risk in Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy and Europe will be announced.
