The 8th International Conference of UNESCO World Geoparks will take place in the Adamello Brenta Nature Park UNESCO Global Geopark in Trentino, from 11 to 14 September 2018.
The Conference, untitled : "The Geoparks and sustainable development", will begin on september 11 with the Opening Ceremony and the opening speeches. Next days there will be five parallel scientific sessions.Workshops will also be organized in collaboration with the most representative groups of the Global Geoparks Network.September 13is dedicated to field trips: each participant will be able to choose one of the six options available to learn about the geological, naturalistic and cultural peculiarities of the Adamello Brenta UNESCO Geopark. The last day of Conference will be held the five parallel scientific sessions
