Invent, innovate and transform the future of cultural heritage with Copernicus
ISPRA, together with the National Copernicus Users Forum and the European Center for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts (ECMWF), is organizing a Hackathon entitled “Cultural Space”. This is a multidisciplinary event for young talents aimed at promoting innovation in the sectors of cultural heritage, air quality and climate change, making use of the Copernicus Earth observation products made available by the CAMS and C3S services.

The event will be held at the ECMWF Data Center in the Tecnopolo of Bologna on 9-11 May 2025. Participation will be free, upon registration, for university students, recent graduates, doctoral students and post-docs.
Participants, organized into teams, will be able to propose their innovative ideas formulated during the hackathon in the form of prototypes, mockups, infographics, dashboards or projects to present to the jury to decide the winners.
