Data protection officer

The Data Protection Officerr designated by Ispra in accordance with art. 37, par. 1, letter a) of EU Regulation 2016/679 is Carlo Zaupa, a person who can be contacted  for all matters relating to the processing of your personal data and for the exercise of related rights in the following ways:

- by mail, sending a communication with registered letter ("raccomandata") with return receipt to the address: Ispra - Via Vitaliano Brancati, 48 - 00144 Rome - at the attention of the Data Protection Manager;

- by Pec, at the institutional address: protocollo.ispra@ispra.legalmail.it and, for information, at the e-mail address:  rpd@isprambiente.it,  attaching the specific request, that is, the completed form downloadable on institutional site
