Project LIFE TETIDE

The “LIFE TETIS - Turning Eradication Targets Into Durable Effects” project, of which ISPRA is a partner, aims to improve the conservation status of 3 species of seabirds and 7 habitats of European interest on 26 islands in the Mediterranean Sea. The acronym of the project is evocative: the Tethys, an ocean that originated around 250 million years ago, can be considered the ancestor of the Mediterranean Sea.
