Measurements methods of the biological stability of waste

Research conducted by Apat, in collaboration with qualified experts and Italian universities, to experimentally determine the quality and the stability of the waste. This study is essential for a correct planning of the activities and the technical verification of all those initiatives that try to apply the concept of prevention and recovery (D.lgs. 22/97). One of the actual priorities is to quantify, with specific analysis, the fractions that compose the waste to treat in dump, so that can be appraised the efficiency of the machinery or the systems of pre-treatment of the waste.
