Italian Greenhouse Gas Inventory 1990-2001. National Inventory Report 2003

Besides providing every year the national inventory of the Greenhouse gas emissions, the Countries that participate to United Nations Frame Convention on Climate Change (UNFCC) and to  Mechanism of Monitoring of the Greenhouse gases of the EU have to present a report containing the historical series of the emissions, the National Inventory Report. The text has analyzed the data since 1990 to 2001 and includes explanations of the observed trends, description of the sources of emission, a first evaluation of the uncertainties related to the estimates, methods, sources of the fundamental data and factors of emission.
