The works for safety of the industrial area of Priolo-Augusta in comparison to the earthquake risks and seaquake

Natural phenomenons as earthquakes and seaquakes can determine meaningful impacts on the physical environment and on the humanized one (i.e. infrastructures) and they have to be particularly analyzed in highly industrialized areas, as, in this case, that of Priolo-Augusta. The project of the APAT has initially evaluated the loads that are due to natural phenomenons and, subsequently, has translated them in engineering terms. The study allows to evaluate the fitness of project of the industrial structures in the Siracuse area.
