The seagrasses of Lazio

The work, which reports the results of the studies conducted by ICRAM between the years 1989 and 1994, includes a description of the seagrass Posidonia oceanica(L.) Delila and meadows of Cymodocea nodosa (Ucria) Ascherson and their mapping, obtained by the graphic representation of information detected through different methods integrated together (Side Scan Sonar, ROV and diving). The results were compared with those found in the bibliography and enriched with information on other biological communities living in the area bordering the prairies.
