The document is the first report on the state and trends of climate in Italy, realised by the Environmental Agencies System and based on the indicators resulting from the national system for the collection, processing and dissemination of climatological data of environmental interest (SCIA, www.scia.sinanet.apat. com), whose data are provided by the Aviation Meteorological Service of the ARPA's Central Office of Agricultural Ecology.
