ISPRA Web Site - statistic 2017

The technical document provides  compare the  the statistic access to ISPRA Web Site of 2015-2016 with those of 2017. It analyzes  the use of some online services, that allow to define the option of navigation and the users preference between different environmental topics, the editorial and multimedia products and services offered by the Site.

The analysis of the data generated by traffic web is integrated by information collected through online questionnaires to monitor user satisfaction and the impact of the social application used by SNPA also to give input for future actions.
